ONLINE TRAFFIC ALL THE WAY TO THE BEACH
LBI Direct is the definitive source for real estate listings and new homes in Long Beach Island, NJ. Rick Jones, creator of LBI Direct, is one of the premier real estate agents on Long Beach Island. He has been associated with the G. Anderson Agency since the fall of 2000 and has Circle of Excellence recognition from the NJ Association of Realtors every year since he started.
In Phase I of this project, we collaborated with Rick Jones of LBI Direct and the folks at H&H Media to create a new website for LBI Direct. We completely rebranded the business complete with a new logo and color scheme. We used the WordPress platform that was preconfigured by H&H Media, and created our own skin with CSS.
In Phase II of the project, the goal was to drive new traffic to the website. We did extensive keyword research, and examined existing data through Google Analytics to start to create a solution. We used this data to tweak the Title tags, and overall SEO of the LBIDirect.net website. We also collaborated with Brent Zahradnik, a local Google AdWords specialist, to create highly targeted Google Ads based on analytics and keyword research.
In Phase III, we continued collaboration with Brent Zahradnik and Rick Jones to create a MailChimp campaign that included a new, beautiful template, and a central location for Rick to reach his mailing list of more than 1,250 potential customers. To augment the existing Google Adwords campaign, we created and A/B tested two landing pages with optimized domains.
The campaign resulted in increased organic search traffic, increased paid search traffic, increased placement in search engine results, and increased mailing list signups.
